Checking in was chaotic! My reserved rooms were all messed up-one had a portable bed instead of a twin, and they wanted extra for towels and cleaning after hours. It just felt really unprofessional and frustrating for a supposedly upscale hotel.

Unique triple room with great view. Perfect location on the parking area at first, good for visiting Johor Bahru...

The hotel had ideal location next to shopping areas. Furthermore, to nearby shopping malls.

the room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed, including a mini kitchenette. The location is super convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home.

Morning meal could benefit from a wider variety of options.

my stay was perfectly pleasant for the next vacation over here. the room i had was brand-new and well-appointed with kitchen appliances and the stuff was attentive. a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers where available there.

from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well-cared for, ensuring all our needs were met. our room was impeccably clean, offering a stunning view. we loved the spacious layout, complete with a kitchenette for a bit of self-catering. breakfast options were plenty, and the room service was good. every corner of the hotel was tidy and well-maintained, enhancing our overall experience.

The king-size bed provided really good comfort, making it easy to relax after a long day. The kitchenette was a fantastic addition, allowing me to prepare meals and enjoy a homely atmosphere.

Carpets need immediate cleaning attention!!! The parking lot situation is a disaster, with no clear guidance from security. More attention to housekeeping clean-up protocols would elevate the overall experience. Unpleasant sticky feeling on carpets a definite drawback!!!

We had a wonderful stay at capri by fraser. the room was spacious, bright, and surprisingly clean, making it a comfortable retreat for our family. one highlight was the stunning view from the bathroom. we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with plenty of options, and the staff members were welcoming.

The room was spacious, providing an excellent city view from the 25th floor. The bed was comfortable, made for a restful night's sleep. The modern design and cleanliness of the room stood out. Watching the sunset over Johor Strait from my room was amazing.

I had such a great stay! The location is perfect-super close to the CIQ and easy to grab a cab to anywhere. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and my room was spacious with an amazing view. Plus, the staff were so friendly and helpful, making my check-in and out a breeze.

The limited parking; it gets a bit tricky sharing with residents. I stumbled upon the shuttle bus info by chance, which could've been shared at check-in. But overall, a lovely experience!

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for better views. The scenery is fantastic at sunset.
